It'll get flagged to the account administrator and they'll have the ability to 'accept' it or 'reject' it as suficient for one of the training courses.

Your users can enter the details of their equivelant training course and when they did it.

The date they completed the course is important since it helps you make sure their training is up to date in the future.

If your people have done another course, they won't have been told who the Safe Ministry Contacts are at your church.
