This page is where you'll start the process of automaticaly screening your leaders.
You can ask them to provide their previous experience, or ask them to declare they are suitable. You can even get them to enter their Referee details and the Working with Children Details for your State.
When they complete the training, we'll email their Referees for you, and even verify their WWCC status.
You might know your people better than anyone, and that's great! But at a certain point, you're going to start getting volunteers who you haven't known personally for years.
Ansvar Risk has recomended churches should have a good understanding of the type of people who are serving, and at one level that means knowing what experience they've had and what they think they're going to be doing.
This gives your church leaders and team leaders a good idea how they might support a new volunteer with these things in mind.
Ansvar Risk expects all their clients to ask their volunteers this important question. But what happens if they say yes?
When the person has completed the training, we'll email your Account Administrator (like normal) but we'll also include a BIG red alert.
That's the cue for your Safe Ministry Contact to chat with the person and find out some more details. If you're happy with the result and there's no action needed, the administrator can set their status to cleared and they're good to go.
Referee Checks are important, but they shouldn't take ages out of our lives.
We've developed an approved system with Ansvar Risk... we email the referee about the person... they click their response... we save the result... done.
From your account you'll be able to see what Referees have replied and what Referee's haven't got back to you yet. If you need to, you can always call and record their response on our system.
